The Security & Defence Agenda is currently looking for a Project Manager.

· Proven knowledge of and experience in security and defence issues, in particular European and transatlantic structures
· A minimum of two years’ work experience in events organisation and project management
· Excellent communication and writing skills
· Web and Publisher experience desired
· Able to work in a high pressure environment, with flexible working hours
· Fluent in English, other languages an asset

· Full responsibility for the organisation of international meetings and conferences
· Responsibility for a selection of discussion papers
· Preparation of conference programmes and overseeing SDA publications
· Follow-up with high-level speakers
· Liaison with European institutions, governments, NATO officials, associations and companies
· Monitoring of defence and security issues and preparing discussion papers
· Maintaining website
· Managing an intern in their daily tasks
